Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Souleva Wellness. We want to ensure your daily botanical rituals arrive safely and promptly. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major public holidays). You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please note that during periods of high order volume (such as seasonal promotions or new product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping speed. We offer the following options:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can monitor the real-time location of your package directly via our logistics partner's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Souleva Wellness is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, custom clearance fees, etc.). Please consult your local customs office for detailed policies.
5. Shipping Address Modifications & Undeliverable Packages
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a shipping fee may apply to resend the package.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us at care@soulevawellness.com within 48 hours. We will open an official investigation with the logistics carrier to locate your package. Please note that Souleva Wellness is not liable for packages stolen after verified delivery by the carrier, but we will make every effort to assist you in resolving the issue.
