1. Order Cancellation Window

At Souleva Wellness, we process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery across Pan-India. You can cancel your order free of charge under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch (Recommended): You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse facility (typically within 6 to 12 hours of placing the order).
• After Dispatch: Once your shipment has been handed over to our courier partner (Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Shadowfax), orders cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery when the courier partner arrives.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please choose any of the following convenient options:

• Email Support: Send an email to support@soulevawellness.com with the Subject line: Order Cancellation - #[Your Order ID].
• WhatsApp / Phone Support: Contact our customer care team at Mon – Sat: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST.

3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking, Wallets): 100% full refund will be initiated back to your original payment source within 24 to 48 hours of cancellation approval. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No charges apply for COD cancellations before delivery.

4. Cancellation by Souleva Wellness

Souleva Wellness reserves the right to cancel an order in rare instances including:

• Unavailability of stock or unexpected inventory shortage.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverified shipping address or contact details.
• Flagged security checks or suspected fraudulent activity.

In any such cancellation by Souleva, 100% of any prepaid amount will be refunded immediately back to your original payment method.
