Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Souleva Wellness. We are dedicated to providing you with premium, clinically-backed botanical rituals. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options regarding your purchases.

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

Due to the consumable nature of our botanical formulations, and to maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, our return policy varies by product category:

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, sealed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. The security seals must remain fully intact.
  • Opened Products (Botanical Liquids & Effervescents): For health, sanitary, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for any consumable products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used.
  • Bespoke Accessories (e.g., Luxury Glass Travel Bottles): Unused accessories can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged (such as broken glass bottles or dented effervescent tins) or you receive the incorrect product, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you.

To report a damaged or incorrect order:

  1. Email our customer care team at care@soulevawellness.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged product and outer shipping box.
  3. Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement item immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • For standard returns of unopened items, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item sent), Souleva Wellness will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse quality team:

  • We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item and approval/rejection status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

5. Cancelations & Modifications

We process orders quickly to ensure rapid shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at care@soulevawellness.com within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it, and the standard return policy will apply.
